Customers who prefer the purchase option but cannot afford the initial outlay can hire for an agreed period with the option to purchase once budgets allow.
Unknown Hire Period
Frequently our clients do not know the likely duration of hire. Call us, and we will propose a selection of hire packages offering advice and expertise on the right option to suit your needs.
Duration of Build
The longer the length of the requirement the more attractive the purchase option can be.
Changing circumstances
Purchase contracts have inbuilt flexibility with our buy-back option ensuring no customers are bound to long-term financial commitments.
Tax
By renting a structure 100% of the cost is allowable in reducing a company's tax liability in that financial year.
Alternative Uses
We often find that clients are more tempted to buy a structure if they are likely to have an alternative use for the building after the principle requirement has finished.
