
Richard founded Aganto with Mark, but the two have known each other since their school days and been business partners ever since. The longevity and success of this partnership is testament to their professionalism and commitment. Richard's focus and motivation coupled with a down-to-earth attitude is now reflected in the key values and principles that drive Aganto. Richard enjoys time out with his family and also on the golf course when time permits.

Mark currently oversees the operational side of the business. He brings a huge amount of business expertise and experience into the mix, gained from working in highly corporate and structured organisations through to entrepreneurial environments where business success comes from raw intuition and a commercial sixth sense. With four exuberant young children at home, Mark's free-time is equally challenging!

Andy's area of expertise lies in the commercial aspect of the business including sales and business development. He joined Aganto in 2005 bringing an invaluable 12 years' industry experience. Andy's approach is extremely customer orientated ensuring only the most suitable and beneficial solutions are proposed that bring true value and benefit to clients.
Bill Crawford is the Diamond in Aganto's 'Technical Crown' and a highly respected authority within the temporary buildings industry. Bill is a time served engineer and a Technician Member of The Institute of Structural Engineers, as well as an Associate Member of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management. He joined the temporary building's industry by default on a summer job in 1974 and since then has project managed some of the world's most significant and prestigious events for global temporary structure's group GL-events. These have included The Commonwealth Games, Golf Opens, ICC Cricket World Cup and the Chelsea Flower Show. Bill is usually accompanied by his German Shepherd, Meia or 'Sausages' reflecting her dietary preference!
Before joining Aganto Lisa spent fourteen years in the events industry working for an international group specialising in event structures. During this time Lisa worked in both sales and operations giving her the solid background and experience required to take on the role at Aganto; a role which encompasses a large amount of client liaison ensuring a 'jigsaw fit' of individual customer requirements with Aganto's products and services. As a typical working mum Lisa is an expert at juggling work, life and family.
Cheryl is a vital cog in the Aganto wheel having worked with Mark and Richard for twenty years. During this period she has developed a wealth of expertise and knowledge, not just of the business but the industry as a whole. Cheryl now manages all accounting and financial aspects of the business.
Clive has an impressive 30 years of manufacturing experience primarily in the aerospace industry, including B/E Aerospace, Bombardier Aerospace and more recently his own business Engineering Composite Solutions (ECS). As a manufacturing engineer, specifying production facilities, and specifically as a previous customer of Aganto, Clive has a real understanding of the decision processes that leads a company to choose a temporary building as a solution. Clive is married to Fiona, and they have two daughters. He enjoys dinghy sailing in the beautiful Strangford Lough, fixing and polishing his motorbike, and exploring new countries.
Kathy is the most recent member of the Aganto team bringing over five year's industry experience and over ten years' marketing experience. Kathy's marketing efforts will heavily focus on customer care and satisfaction, ensuring Aganto remain the industries' number one choice in terms of quality, value and service. Out of Aganto hours, she attempts to keep up with her young son's escapades.
Nathania brings a real customer focus and organised approach to Aganto which fits in perfectly with the team's work ethic and culture. She started her working life in highly customer service based roles within the airline industry, including front desk and then on to cabin crew working for a Japanese airline. She then moved into the office environment and before joining Aganto worked as PA to the Finance Director of a successful property company based in Mayfair. Opting for a more rural existence she relocated to Cheshire with her husband and now enjoys spending time with her horse Dolly and visiting family in France.
Wayne joined Aganto in the summer of 2009 as Operations Assistant. Before joining Aganto he spent 12 years at JCB where his role encompassed materials handling, buying and new product introduction. Wayne is based at our Crew office and Distribution Centre where he splits his day between the warehouse and office (warming up in the Winter!). Out of Aganto hours Wayne is a keen motorcyclist and enjoys motorsports, DIY, music and live bands.
Based in the Hermitage Office Zuzana joined Aganto in 2006. As well as assisting with the accounts and credit control she supports Mark on the operational side including preparing contract specific technical drawings. Zuzana is originally from Slovakia where she acquired a broad insight into the commercial world working in the family business. In her spare time she likes to catch up with friends and family and enjoys the cinema, reading and studying.
Phil joined Aganto in 2006 bringing 12 years experience of erecting structures literally around the world, including Las Vegas, Switzerland, Denmark, Germany and Austria. He also spent three years working for Neptunus; the world class manufacturer of event structures. With such extensive experience all our customers can be assured of receiving a first class service from one of the industries most skilled and practised Site Managers. Off site Phil spends as much time as he can with his family.
Simon's invaluable experience is gained from working in the events industry and erecting small private party structures through to 50m spans and triple-deck units. Outside Aganto hours Simon enjoys playing the guitar and spending time with his family.
