We follow six clear processes.

Listening

We don't presume to submit any kind of accurate and suitable proposal without carefully listening to our customers.

Understanding

During the listening process we will begin to understand your needs - the critical factors which enable you to meet your business objectives. These needs might revolve around many different factors including - budget, rapid delivery and installation times, linking a building to an existing warehouse or simply around the building specification such as size, doors, heating, lighting etc.

Proposing

We aim to match all the elements of your needs with a fully costed and specified proposal. We keep our proposals clear and easy to understand, with relevant technical and support data available on request. From then on we are available as required to ensure the final proposal delivers the best possible value and benefits for our customers.

Delivering

Aganto's rapid growth is based on satisfied clients. A high proportion of this satisfaction is achieved through delivering our specification on time and with minimum fuss. The high level of Aganto's repeat business is testament to the success of this simple strategy.

Supporting

We will always be there for our customers. With a mixture of occasional visits if we are in the area to ensure there are no problems through to instructions for imminent bad weather or X-mas shut down period, we ensure a constantly reassuring but unobtrusive support and post-sales service.

Reviewing

We constantly review how we work, endeavouring to improve our systems, and consequently our service to our clients.
