How We Work
1. Analyse the Client's needs
Emergencies
At Aganto we often find that our clients' needs are driven by
circumstances which are forced upon them, and for which they have not been
able to plan for. These situations might include:-
 |
Flood, Storm Damage: 'Acts of God' |
 |
Fire, vandalism or accidental damage |
 |
Repair Work (Winter Construction etc) |
 |
Environmental Needs (Cover for polluted
areas etc) |
Opportunities
On the positive side we also have a client sector which is driven by
positive factors which create an immediate demand for a temporary building or
complete infrastructure. This will enable the client company to meet their own
client obligations in the short term and thereby achieve their own growth and
profit targets.
Understanding Needs
We initially aim to understand our clients needs - the critical factors
which enable our clients to meet their business objectives. These needs might
revolve around building specification requirements - size, doors, heating,
lighting etc.
Additionally there might be other critical
factors which can determine the success of the project - delivery times, speed
of erection, cost etc.
There may also be further factors that we can
advise on such as ground preparation, vehicle access etc, all of which enable
us to offer the best solution possible.
2. Proposal
We aim to match all the elements of a client's needs with a fully costed
proposal.
We aim to ensure our proposals are clear and
easy to understand. We try to provide costs for everything in the first
instance, so that you have all the information available to you with which to
make your judgement. We are always keen to go through a proposal in detail
with our clients, over the telephone or face to face, so that you are fully
informed at all times.
3. Delivery
Throughout the group's history we have always grown through making sure we
have satisfied clients. This we achieve through delivering our specification
on time and with minimum fuss. Our high level of repeat business is testament
to the success of this simple strategy.
4. Review
We constantly review how we work, endeavouring to improve our systems, and
consequently our service to our clients.
