Aganto has recently supplied Rockline Industries Limited with an insulated temporary building solution. Rockline Industries is a family owned corporation that was established in the US in 1976, where they are the largest manufacturer of coffee filters and wet wipes in North America. They began manufacturing wipes in the UK in 2000.
Due to an increase in sales Rockline realised they had a space issue at their Redditch facility and needed to expand their warehousing. They approached Aganto with their predicament and we were happy to provide a 15m x 25m x 4.2m high insulated temporary structure which utilised their current available yard space.
The structure comprises an anodised aluminium frame, polymer composite walls, an insulated thermo roof system, along with a 4.8m wide x 3.5m high electric roller shutter door, lighting and heating. Due to the nature of the product being stored, cleanliness is high on the list of requirements to satisfy the standards expected by the customers in their industry. The insulated properties of this temporary building are essential, as the product needs to be kept dry as well as hygienic.
By hiring a multi-purpose building from Aganto, Rockline have achieved the benefit of additional on-site storage with flexible terms thus negating the need to go off-site. Thanks to the modular design Rockline have the future advantage of either increasing or decreasing the structure size or even completely relocating it.
Tom Aherne of Rockline Industries comments:
“ From initial enquiry to final installation, Aganto has provided a turnkey service to be proud of. Our long-term storage requirements have been met with a product that is strong and practical – qualities that are perfectly suited for our needs. The overall way in which our project has been handled can only be congratulated.“
