Aganto have a proven track record with Fire and Rescue Services providing fully operational temporary fire station buildings while the existing buildings are upgraded with refurbishment or rebuild projects.
With investment into these improvement projects set to continue, Aganto have a number of temporary fire station building projects lined up for 2010/11. Our temporary fire stations are an enviable prototype within the temporary buildings industry, which is why most Fire and Rescue Services make Aganto their first point of call.
Depending on the level of temperature control required, most of our building ranges are suitable for temporary fire station projects. Classed as 'temporary', all our buildings come with a ten year guarantee are available for hire or purchase and meet the required British Standards for structural integrity, fire and safety codes.
"It was essential that the Stoke & Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Authority were able to continue operating at one hundred percent capacity during the rebuild of the Uttoxeter Fire Station and because of this our choice of temporary building provider was taken very carefully. We eventually choose Aganto because of their proven experience in fire station projects coupled with an exemplary level of experience and service."
Jeremy Hawkins, Assistant Project Manager, Stepnell
"Aganto provided us with a four bay temporary Fire Station building during the rebuild of our existing Fire Station at Danes Castle, Exeter. The temporary building provided met our budgetary needs perfectly and was installed and dismantled very quickly, with minimum disruption. During the whole process Aganto were exemplary in terms of professionalism, quality, care and attention; all of which played a key part in keeping the overall project on time and within budget."
Mark Tribble Project Surveyor, Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service
"Working with Aganto using their technical knowledge and ability has allowed us to develop a blueprint for temporary fire stations which can be used for future PFI projects. Installing a temporary fire station on site as opposed to relocating, whilst being challenging, has saved time and expenditure and allowed the service to retain the same level of emergency response."
Phil Smith, PFI Project Liaison Manager, Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service
