Part L2A Compliant
Aganto are thrilled to be able to offer the first aluminium framed structures that conform to the new Part L2A of Building Regulations.
In line with the continual tightening of environmental codes and practices, heated buildings in use for two years or more now need to reach the high standard of energy efficiency laid out in Part L2A. Aganto's Part L2A building is a unique prototype which is able to meet these new strict standards by way of superior insulation and air-tightness properties.
Although our Part L2A building can be used as a permanent solution it still comes with the many advantages of our Temporary Ranges - speed, flexibility and cost.
As with our temporary ranges, these buildings can be anchored down to existing hard standing or a pre-prepared concrete pad making them fully demountable and re-locatable. Installation costs can be kept to a minimum due to the simple modular design, no complex materials or equipment, short build period and no civil works needed.
Aganto's Part L2A building makes an ideal solution for public facilities where a long-term large heated space is required such as workshops, construction or artwork classrooms, gyms, halls and warehousing space. These are just some examples, as the Part L2A range can be fitted out to meet an array of applications and uses.
