Although the Part L2A buildings are a credible alternative solution to a permanent building, they are amazingly cheap and quick to install.
An installation can take a minimum of four to six weeks as opposed to six months or longer in the case of a permanent structure. A large factor of this quick build time is the ability to erect structures without the need of traditional foundations and civil works, which of course leads to dramatically reduced costs. Further reductions in cost come from minimal labour time and no complicated architectural fees.

Features
The Part L2A Range has the high level of insulation and air-tightness to meet the mandatory U-values set out in Part L2A of Building Regulations.
Walls are engineered from steel sandwich composite panels a minimum of 60mm thick and have the aesthetic qualities and finish of a permanent building.
The steel roofing system is constructed with specially designed fixtures and fittings to create a completely air and water tight sealing.
In addition a unique system of roof lights allows a stream of natural light to provide solar gain, thus reducing the overall CO2 footprint of the building.
