Planning

Don't worry, we can do it all for you through our third party Planning Consultants and established business partners. If you don't want to use our planning service, we will still support and advise you all we can to ensure your application goes through with minimal fuss. Click here for more information.

Project Management

From your first contact with Aganto through to the sign off of your building and beyond, we will give the required level of expert advice and support gained from our many years' experience within the industry. We want customers to enjoy working with us and will provide as much or as little 'hand-holding' as required. Visit our 'how we work page' for more detail on our unique approach.

Design

All our buildings are provided with a complete set of structural calculations demonstrating how they comply with the UK Building Regulations for both wind loadings (BS6399 part 2 1997) and snow loadings (BS6399 part 3 1988). These calculations are more than adequate for the majority of UK locations, but we can provide site specific calculations if you are in an area subject to extreme weather conditions.

Technical Plans & Drawings

We will supply the required CAD drawings with your building as standard. If you decide to use our planning service, we will source all the required plans and drawings needed to submit a successful application.

Installation & Dismantle

Our site managers are amongst the most respected, experienced and professional in the industry. As such, they can manage standard build projects in a matter of days and you will hardly know they are there.

Post-sales service

We like to get close to our customers and stay close without being a nuisance. With a mixture of occasional visits if we are in the area to ensure there are no problems through to instructions for imminent bad weather or X-mas shut down period, we ensure a constantly reassuring but unobtrusive support and post-sales service. To further ensure we retain a link with customers we distribute regular news and bulletins providing advice, industry updates, ideas and customer only special offers.

Maintenance

To ensure your building operates at maximum efficiency at all times you will be provided with a Handover Pack which details areas of the building to be periodically checked. This is a very simple process but if you would prefer us to do it we can sign you up to our Maintenance Programme and provide regular checks for a nominal fee. Feedback

We actively seek out feedback from our customers at the sale, installation and dismantle stages of the project. By doing this, we believe we are able to continually improve and refine our service to precisely meet and hopefully exceed expectations.
