Leading manufacturer and supplier of fabricated plastic profiles, Nenplas, turned to Aganto when they needed more storage space at their site in Ashbourne, Derbyshire. With a known requirement for five years their dilemma was whether to hire a temporary storage building or buy it outright.
Why the storage building was needed
Ongoing growth and expansion meant they needed more space to store finished products. They knew they would need this additional storage for at least five years which ruled out the long-term commitment of a permanent extension and led them on to temporary storage buildings.
With three companies in the running, Nenplas eventually chose Aganto; a decision that was based on two key areas.
The Aganto storage building supplied to Nenplas allowed for wall racking from floor to ceiling, unlike one of the other building designs which had roof braces coming down into the wall space.
The package put together for Nenplas meant not only would the building become an asset but it could also be easily removed giving them the flexibility to revert the space back to its original use if needed.
The 15m wide by 25m long insulated building was built with a 5m eave height and finished with dark grey wall panels to match existing site buildings.
