Waterways Garden Centre provided with an urgently needed retail area
Waterways Garden Centre in Wrexham has been trading since 1979 and specialises in all things gardening over its four acre site. When the main retail facility for the centre was damaged by heavy snowfall, they required an immediate solution to be able to continue trading.

The garden centre trades high volumes of gardening stock and equipment with a large area dedicated to aquatics and reptiles. When their main retail facility was damaged by heavy snowfall, they required an immediate solution to be able to continue trading.
When the existing structure was deemed unsafe, Managing Director Ian Buxton contacted Aganto to provide a temporary retail area to house the garden centre while repairs took place.
Solution
Aganto supplied an insulated 15m x 20m temporary building, fitted with lights, windows, pedestrian doors and vehicle access. It took two weeks from the initial enquiry to the completed project, with three days dedicated to the building installation.
Due to the speed of the temporary building, Aganto was able to provide Waterways Garden Centre with a facility they could operate from in their required timeframe. This minimised operational disruptions and loss of finances from lack of trade. The flexibility of the temporary building allowed Waterways Garden Centre to strategise a long-term plan.
