Meet Andy Butters
I first joined Aganto in 2002, became a director in 2005 and have been managing director since 2014. With 23 year’s experience in the temporary building sector, my aim is to drive the Aganto team to deliver successful projects for our clients.
As one of the leading temporary building suppliers, it’s essential we uphold our position in the market by delivering a high-quality service to all our clients. Within my role, I look after all aspects of the business, from operations, customers and sales, to warehousing and installation.
A typical day for me is very varied. As I have a largely customer-facing role I often find myself travelling to visit clients or attend meetings as well as working with the team to drive company growth. A large part of my role is to actively review business strategies for the company and to maintain a flexible and quality business that is reputable within the industry.
It has been amazing to see Aganto transition from a start-up to a well-established business that is one of the major players within the temporary building market. I have a passion for working with the team to develop and support their careers alongside the continuous growth and success of the company.
Outside work I enjoy spending time with my family as well as socialising with friends. Aside from this, I have a keen interest in sports and a passion for horse racing. Whenever possible, I love to travel and explore new foods, cooking is something that I really enjoy.
