I joined the Aganto Team in 2023 as Operations & Planning Administrator. With 10 years experience and a Level 4 qualification in Business Administration, I project manage the planning of installations and repairs to our temporary buildings.
Within my role, I schedule the workforce and organise the delivery of plant machinery and materials to sites. I also manage the training matrix for our site engineers, ensuring all training is valid and up to date which is important for safe and effective installations.
It’s important for me to make sure that all our site engineers' training fits around our build schedule. I’m responsible for keeping track of timesheets, overtime, holidays, nights out and personal mileage for our on-site team.
I always start my day with a cup of tea! Then I review my emails and see what my day has to offer. As my role is to schedule and organise the repairs and snags at our builds the allocation of site engineers and the delivery of materials is essential to make sure everything goes as planned. If any vehicles need repairs or services I will also make sure these are booked in to avoid holding up any of our projects.
I love that no two days are the same at Aganto. One day everything can be plain sailing, and the next, the plan has changed, amendments and decisions have to be made in order to get the best outcome for our clients. I get a big sense of achievement when a plan comes together! The team are wonderful to work with and each day is always full of laughter and smiles.
Outside work, I have a passion for weight training and nutrition. I train 4-5 days a week in the gym. I enjoy planning and cooking my meal prep twice per week. I love hiking and go for adventure walks with my 2 sons. Playing outdoors with them, at the park, in the forest, anywhere we can go on an adventure. When I have some downtime, you will find me socialising with my friends.
