I'm one of the newest team members, joining Aganto in 2021 and filling the position of Operations Administrator. This role allows me to take ownership of key department tasks and administrate day-to-day requirements of the business and client projects.
Working alongside other members of the Operations department, I perform a varied range of tasks. These include sending RAMS to clients, managing goods in and out, requesting quotes from suppliers, raising purchase orders, management of the account inbox, and answering incoming operations emails and calls.
Previously, I worked in the accounts department for a claims management company for a decade. I have also worked in my family’s business in the sales and accounts department. These roles have given me an array of transferable skills to deliver efficient operational tasks.
The highlight of working at Aganto is the culture and environment; From day one, the friendly team welcomed me. The transition into my new role has been smooth and fulfilling and there are fantastic opportunities to develop my skills and establish growth within the company.
Away from work you can find me embracing the outdoors. Being an outdoor lover, I frequently participate in endurance activities, including mountain climbing, boot camps, abseiling and tough mudders. I have completed the three peaks challenge and the Marine Commando Challenge.
