Jonesco Plastics expand storage capacity to excel US market

Jonesco Plastics has an extensive range of global customers, including clients in America. To keep up with the busy production line for the US market, they needed additional storage space on-site. Jonesco Plastics contacted Aganto for a cost-effective temporary building solution.

Sales Director, David Duxbury, conducted a site visit to determine Jonesco Plastics' building requirements. It was identified that the proposed site location was on an incline, and Aganto would provide a bespoke solution. Jonesco Plastics submitted a planning permission application and purchased a non-insulated warehouse.

Aganto installed a single skin 10m x 20m x 4.2m temporary building with an electric roller shutter door and pedestrian access. PVC gables, gutters and downpipes completed the outside, and on the inside of the structure, Aganto supplied electricity and lighting. The temporary building site was on an incline on one side, and to accommodate, Aganto cut and angled the cladding panels for seamless construction.

Jonesco Plastics’ temporary warehouse investment has increased the storage capacity of its well-known wheel arch products. Additionally, it has improved the plastic manufacturing process, enabling them to meet the high demands of their US clients and the rest of their global market.
